Jim Kubiak

Jim Kubiak has over 30 years of experience in various roles in the medical and biotechnology industry. Jim started their career in 1990 as the Director of Process Engineering at Invitrogen - GIBCO Cell Cultures, where they led a team of 25 technical professionals. Jim was responsible for coordinating product transfer between facilities, scale-up, and process validation.

In 2000, Jim moved to Invitrogen Corp as the Director of Process Development. Jim held this role until 2003.

From 2003 to 2016, Jim worked at Greatbatch Medical in multiple roles. Jim started as a Business Development Manager and was promoted to Product Line Director - Emerging Technologies. In this role, they managed all aspects of customer relations, including contract negotiations, development agreements, and identifying new revenue opportunities.

Prior to this, they attended Long Island University, Southampton Campus from 1986 to 1988.
