Kim Dunphy

Kim Dunphy has a diverse work experience spanning various HR roles. Kim is currently working at Integer Holdings Corporation as an HR Site Lead and previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner. Before that, they worked at Poundland & Dealz, where they led a project team to respond to a HMRC Audit and managed HR strategic projects. Kim also served as a HR Business Partner and HR Manager during their tenure at Poundland & Dealz. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at CarTrawler and held roles at Tesco Ireland as a Project Manager and Human Resource Generalist. Kim also worked briefly at Merrill Lynch as a Recruitment Executive.

Kim Dunphy completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from Technological University Dublin from 2000 to 2004. In 2008 and 2009, Kim pursued further education at the National College of Ireland, earning a certificate in CIPD Personnel Practices. In 2011, Kim attended the Fitzwilliam Institute and obtained a Diploma in Internet Marketing and Online PR.
