Michal Giczela

Michal Giczela's work experience begins in 2000, where they worked as a Financial Controller at PROMAG S.A. Michal then moved on to become the Chief Accountant at Bama Polska in 2002 and later at APW Poland in 2005. In 2007, Michal joined GE as a Supply Chain Finance Manager Poland and later became the Supply Chain Finance Manager EMEA in 2010. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at GE's Industrial Solutions HQ. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of CFO for GE's Configured Solution Business Unit until 2019. Lastly, Michal is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Integer Holdings Corporation since 2019.

Michal Giczela attended Poznan University of Economics And Business from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance. Michal then pursued further education and completed the CPA program in Poland/KIBR from 2001 to 2003. In 2002 to 2005, they attended the ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) for Accounting and Finance. Finally, from 2010 to 2012, Michal participated in the Experienced Finance Leadership Program (EFLP) at GE, focusing on Finance and Organizational Leadership.
