Ravindran M. Shanmugam

Ravindran M. Shanmugam has extensive work experience in quality assurance and management in the medical device industry. From 1998 to 2015, they worked at B. Braun Medical Industries Sdn Bhd, where they held the position of Senior Manager Quality Management. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring compliance with various quality standards and regulations, managing the customer complaint system. Since 2015, Ravindran has been working at Integer Holdings Corporation as the Head of Quality Assurance (Penang). Their responsibilities include developing quality standards, implementing policies and procedures for testing and evaluating products and equipment, and leading management reviews and quality system audits.

Ravindran M. Shanmugam obtained a Professional Certification of Quality Manager & Organizational Excellence (CQMOE) from the American Society of Quality in 2005-2006. Ravindran M. also earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Southern Pacific, Fiji from 2001-2004. Additionally, they obtained an Executive Diploma in Manufacturing Management from the University of Portsmouth in 2000-2002. Prior to this, they earned a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Silicone Technology in 1996-1998. Ravindran completed their high school education with an STPM from Penang Free School in 1985-1986 and their secondary education with an SPM from Georgetown Secondary School in 1980-1984.
