Emma Denning McIpd

Emma Denning MCIPD has over 20 years of experience in varied roles within the field of Human Resources. Currently, they serve as the VP of Human Resources at Intel 471 since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Human Resources at the same company from April 2020 to September 2022.

Before joining Intel 471, Emma worked at BMW Group as an Interim Learning and Development Consultant from March 2019 to April 2020, and as an Interim HR Management Consultant from March 2018 to March 2019. Emma also worked as an Interim HR Management Consultant at BMW Financial Services from September 2017 to February 2018 and at BMW UK from October 2015 to September 2017.

Emma's experience also includes working as an Interim Senior HR Business Partner and then as a Senior HR Business Partner at ISBAN from April 2011 to August 2015. Prior to that, they served as an HR Consultant at E.ON UK from November 2008 to April 2011 and as an HR Manager at Legal & General from January 2007 to August 2008.

Additionally, Emma held the role of HR Business Partner at Egg from November 2005 to December 2006 and worked as a Senior HR Officer at Davis Langdon from December 2002 to June 2004. Emma began their career as an HR Adviser at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group from April 2001 to November 2002.

Throughout their career, Emma has developed a strong background in various HR functions, showcasing their expertise and ability to adapt to different organizations and industries.

Emma Denning MCIPD has a diverse education history. In 2017, they obtained an Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator certification from the London School of Mediation. In 2015, they completed the Foundation and Practitioner courses at Prince2. In 2010, they earned a BSc Open Degree from the Open University. In 2007, they became a Step II Practitioner through MBTI Business Training Institute. Additionally, in 2001, Emma achieved Chartered MCIPD status.
