Emma Denning MCIPD has over 20 years of experience in varied roles within the field of Human Resources. Currently, they serve as the VP of Human Resources at Intel 471 since September 2022. Additionally, Emma held the role of HR Business Partner at Egg from November 2005 to December 2006 and worked as a Senior HR Officer at Davis Langdon from December 2002 to June 2004. Emma began their career as an HR Adviser at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group from April 2001 to November 2002.

Emma Denning MCIPD has a diverse education history. In 2017, they obtained an Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator certification from the London School of Mediation. In 2015, they completed the Foundation and Practitioner courses at Prince2. In 2010, they earned a BSc Open Degree from the Open University. In 2007, they became a Step II Practitioner through MBTI Business Training Institute. Additionally, in 2001, Emma achieved Chartered MCIPD status.
