Kapil Karkra is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software and firmware development, primarily at Intel Corporation since 2004, where roles have included Sr. Principal Engineer and Strategic Software Architect in the Non-volatile Memory Solutions Group. Karkra has a solid track record in evolving strategies and architectures for Host Software products and has held various leadership positions emphasizing complex embedded solutions. Additionally, Karkra has worked at Solidigm, Free to Live, iStor, IBM Microelectronics, and Philips Semiconductors, contributing to significant advancements in storage technology and firmware. Karkra holds an Executive MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur in India.
