Lama Nachman is an accomplished Intel Fellow and Director of the Human & AI Systems Research Lab at Intel Corporation, leading a team of 60 researchers in the development of contextual aware and personalized computing technologies since January 2017. Previously, Lama served as the Senior Principal Engineer and Director of the Anticipatory Computing Lab, achieving significant advancements in sensing systems and context algorithms. With a rich background in software engineering from roles at Ubicomp Inc, Microsoft, and Weave Innovations, and foundational experience as a Computer Architect at Intel, Lama has consistently contributed to the expansion of sensing capabilities and proactive health monitoring solutions. Lama obtained a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison after completing a Bachelor's degree in the same field.
