Chad Harrod

Chad is the CEO of Harrod Properties, Inc. and its affiliated companies. He joined the company in 2003 after working in the investment banking division of JP Morgan Chase in both Atlanta and New York City. In 2007, Chad formed Harrod Healthcare Real Estate (“HHRE”) to focus on the growing need for Class-A medical developments. HHRE specializes in developing healthcare properties that allow physicians and healthcare systems to deliver quality patient care in the most efficient manner possible. Collectively, the Harrod companies have developed over 17 million square feet of office, industrial and medical properties in Florida, Texas, Tennessee, and the Carolinas. As CEO, Chad focuses on corporate advancement, strategic planning, and client relations.

Chad is Chairman of the Tampa Port Authority. He is a member of the Florida Council of 100 and serves as a Director of Catalyst Health Networks, IntelAgree, and Porter Logistics. Chad previously served as a Director for Dex Imaging, Inc. and for the Florida Chapter of The Young Presidents Organization.
