Namrata Carpenter

Namrata Carpenter is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology support and system management. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Technician at Intelcom since August 2021, Namrata has been responsible for managing hardware and software installations, overseeing Active Directory and Group Policy Objects, and troubleshooting various IT issues. Prior experience includes a role as an IT Technician at Pixometry Infosoft Pvt. Ltd. from June 2017 to February 2019, where responsibilities encompassed hardware repairs, antivirus software installations, and end-user support. Namrata holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Microcomputer and Networking Systems from Herzing College, obtained between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Alpha College of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2018.
