Nanti Mitsiali has worked in the customer service and marketing industry since 2003. NANTI began their career as an Account Manager at Crystal Cut in 2003. In 2005, they moved to Geniki Bank as a Segment Manager. From 2007 to 2012, they were employed by COSMOTE Mobile Telecommunications S.A. as a Supervisor Customer Development Campaign Team and Senior CRM Campaign Manager. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at WIND Hellas as a Retention Manager and Base Development Manager, where they were responsible for leading a team of three people overseeing the implementation of all CRM campaigns and managing the design of the action plan for all CRM campaigns. Since 2018, Nanti has been employed at Intelen, Inc. as a Loyalty Account Manager, where they are responsible for managing the design and implementation of loyalty programs for Greek energy companies, designing and implementing marketing campaigns through their account application, and proposing new product features based on customer needs and requests.
Nanti Mitsiali's education history includes a degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens between 1997 and 2003, and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from Alba Graduate Business School in 2018.
