James Pallotto has extensive experience in customer success and business development within the telecommunications industry. Since 2007, James has held multiple senior roles at IntelePeer, including Sr. Director of Customer Success, where responsibilities have included designing support model plans for new product implementation and enhancing Unified Communications capabilities. Prior to IntelePeer, James worked at Avaya as a NOC Manager and Team Lead, and at Level 3 Communications as a NOC Manager. James began professional career at Rhythms NetConnections as an IP specialist. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Western Colorado University, obtained from 1990 to 1995.
