Erikka Buracchio

Erikka Buracchio, PHR, CPC has a diverse and progressive work experience spanning over several years. Erikka most recently served as the Chief People Officer at Intelerad Medical Systems starting in 2023. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, they held the same position at Brightly, a global leader in intelligent asset management solutions. From 2019 to 2021, Erikka worked as the SVP, Global Human Resources at Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. Additionally, they served as the Head of Human Resources at Dragonfly Pond Works in 2019 and as a Human Resources Executive and HR Consultant at In Between Successes in 2018 and 2019. Erikka spent a significant amount of time at Dimension Data, where they held various roles including SVP, People & Culture-Human Resources in the Americas region from 2017 to 2018, SVP, People & Culture-Human Resources- ITaaS/Global Cloud Business Unit from 2014 to 2017, VP, Talent Management from 2010 to 2014, and VP, Sales Support and Contract Renewals from 2005 to 2010. Erikka began their professional career as an Inside Sales Manager at FORE Systems from 1997 to 2005.

Erikka Buracchio, PHR, CPC holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Penn State University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in 2012, the SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2016, and the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in 2021.
