Jamal Wilburg

Jamal Wilburg serves as the Vice President of Global Customer Support at Intelerad Medical Systems since March 2024, previously holding the position of Vice President of Customer Support at Inovalon from August 2020 to March 2024. With extensive experience in customer support and operations, Jamal has worked at Greenway Health in various leadership roles from 2013 to 2020, including Senior Director of Customer Support and Senior Director of Customer Success. Jamal's background also includes military service as a Brigade Human Resources Officer in the United States Army Reserve and Company Commander, overseeing substantial personnel and resources. Earlier career experiences encompass roles in health care management and sports media, including a tenure as a Featured Columnist for Bleacher Report. Jamal holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the University of Tampa. Additionally, Jamal is a graduate of the Vista Equity Partners High Potential Leadership Program.
