Kent T.

Kent T. has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Kent began their career at McGill University/School of Computer Science as a Senior Network and Systems Programmer/Security Officer, where they focused on account and network security.

After that, Kent worked at Corporate Software & Technologies INT, Inc. as a Senior Systems Administrator, managing the information systems department and providing network administration and support.

Following that, Kent joined Pratt & Whitney Canada as a Systems Analyst, specializing in Unix operating systems and deploying enterprise-level IT solutions.

Kent then moved to ZeroKnowledge Systems, Inc as a Sr. Software Developer, where they played a key role in developing the Freedom product utilizing TCP/IP networking concepts and cross-platform development.

Later, Kent became a Development Manager at ZeroKnowledge Systems, Inc, leading a team of 14 developers and overseeing systems architecture, security, and performance.

Most recently, Kent has been with Intelerad Medical Systems as the Director of Software Development and Director of Site Reliability Engineering. In these roles, they have built a world-class R&D organization, implemented Agile development practices, and led the infrastructure team responsible for software configuration management and project tracking.

Kent T. completed a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Computer Science at McGill University from 1989 to 1992. Kent then pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at McGill University from 1993 to 1997. In 2017, Kent attended The Wharton School for a program titled "Creating and Leading High-Performing Teams" in the field of Organizational Leadership.
