Maurice McCatty

Maurice McCatty has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Maurice started their career at Dell Services as a Project Management Specialist, where they collaborated closely with various stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate operational needs into system terms.

Maurice then joined Philips, where they held several roles of increasing responsibility. As the South Zone Implementation Manager, they managed implementation projects and ensured their successful completion. Maurice later served as the Global Escalation Director, where they built strong relationships with customers and implemented measures to prevent escalations, resulting in a 50% reduction in escalations year over year. Maurice was also the North American Implementation Services Leader, where they developed a sustainable methodology for product implementation and managed multiple teams to deliver high-quality implementations and post-sale support.

Currently, Maurice is working as the Sr. Director of Implementation Quality at Intelerad Medical Systems, starting in 2023.

Maurice McCatty earned their MBA in Healthcare Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2008 and 2010.
