Ryan Coverdale

Ryan Coverdale has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Ryan most recently worked at Intelex Technologies ULC, where they held various roles including Director of Support, Manager of Support in EMEA, Team Lead of Support, Senior Support Analyst, and Application Support Analyst. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Support Analyst at D2L and as an IT Support Analyst at York Region and the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. Ryan also briefly worked as a System Support Officer at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General.

Ryan Coverdale graduated from St. Andrew's College in 2011 with an Ontario Secondary School Diploma. Ryan then pursued a Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) degree at the University of Waterloo from 2011 to 2016. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online. Ryan further enhanced their education by completing a Business Management Essentials Certificate from Cornell University in 2021. Ryan also earned a Data Analysis for Management Certificate from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the same year. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Analytics from the University of Bath, which is set to be completed in 2024. Additionally, Ryan holds an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM, obtained in 2023.
