Saba Shadrokh-Cigari

Saba Shadrokh-Cigari has extensive experience in product management and business analysis. Saba is currently working at Intelex Technologies ULC as the Senior Director of Product Management. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Product Management at Intelex Technologies ULC and Sphera. At Sphera, they also served as the Senior Product Manager and Product Manager, where they focused on market direction, strategic vision, and product solutions for SpheraCloud solutions. Saba was responsible for managing ongoing maintenance, enhancing existing products, and introducing new products.

Before joining Sphera, Saba worked at Rivo, a Sphera company, as a Product Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst. Rivo provided cloud-based environmental, health, and safety solutions. Their role involved translating client requirements to user stories and functional specifications, as well as acting as the conduit between clients and technical teams.

Saba also gained experience at Aston University, where they worked on a project to improve the university's course advertising data system. Additionally, at Aryan System Pardaz, they served as a Business Analyst and System Designer, working on a web-based ERP application. Saba studied and analyzed the legacy application, designed the new data structure, and supported the development and deployment teams.

Furthermore, they worked as a Web Developer at Meal2Go Ltd, where they developed new functionality for their online food delivery service.

Saba Shadrokh-Cigari holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) degree in Computer Science from Birmingham City University, which was completed in 2008. Saba then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) with distinction in Computer Software Engineering at Aston University from 2011 to 2012. Recently, in 2021, Saba attained a Pragmatic Management Certified (Foundations) from the Pragmatic Institute.
