Scott Gaddis

Scott Gaddis has extensive experience in the field of environment, health, and safety (EHS). Scott has held various leadership positions in notable companies, including Intelex Technologies, Coveris Group, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Kimberly-Clark, and GE.

At Intelex Technologies, Scott currently serves as the Vice President and Global Practice Leader for Safety and Health. In this role, they focus on integrating EHS in thought leadership, building partnerships with key clients and influencers, and driving solutions to mitigate workplace loss.

Prior to Intelex Technologies, Scott was the Vice President of Global Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability at Coveris Group. Scott oversaw the development of a global SHE management system, corporate SHE strategy, and corporate social responsibility program, among other responsibilities.

Before joining Coveris Group, Scott worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they held the positions of Executive Director and Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety. In these roles, they led the organization to achieve world-class EHS performance and managed various programs and initiatives related to compliance, auditing, energy reduction, and environmental management.

Scott also has experience at Kimberly-Clark, where they served as the Global Safety and Health Leader and North America Occupational Safety and Health Leader. In these roles, they led teams and implemented strategies and programs to ensure occupational safety and hygiene, risk assessment, and standardized safety processes.

At the start of their career, Scott worked at GE as the Environment Health Safety Director for the heavy electric motors business. Scott managed a large workforce and was responsible for hazardous waste management, compliance auditing, emergency response, environmental permitting, and more.

Scott Gaddis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University, which they obtained from 1984 to 1988. Scott also holds a Master of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from the same university, acquired between 1988 and 1990.
