Sylvana Pedota

Sylvana Pedota (Ewen) has extensive experience in customer success, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Intelex Technologies Inc. since April 2016, following roles as Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Nightingale Informatix from August 2011 to March 2016, where Sylvana held roles such as Client Support Manager and Senior Bilingual Professional Services Consultant. Additionally, Sylvana managed Paramedic Services and served as a Paramedic Coordinator at Emergency Rescue Academy Inc. from January 2010 to August 2011. Sylvana holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Waterloo, along with education from McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management and Centennial College.
