Sanchita Tiwari

Sanchita Tiwari has worked in the IT industry since 2014. Sanchita began their career at Apconic Software as a Sr System Analyst [Technical Pre Sales and Building strategic alliances], where they were responsible for developing Strategic accounts with global partners and developing mutually beneficial and trusting relationships with partners. Sanchita then moved to a role as an Information Technology Solutions Consultant (Pre Sales & Business Development), where they were tasked with understanding a client's business needs and implementing a technological solution to meet those needs. Additionally, they worked as a Software Support Executive (Customer Success - Domestic & International), where they were responsible for possessing specialist knowledge of applications and software, determining and prioritizing resolution of issues, and providing technical support to teams within the organization and to external clients. In 2021, Sanchita began working at Intelgic as a RPA and AI Enterprise Solution - Global Account Manager (Remote). In this role, they are the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the accounts, building and strengthening client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships, researching and sourcing new potential clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, answering client queries and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers, liaising with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives, preparing reports on account status, and participating in and improving upon in-house brand promotions.

Sanchita Tiwari completed their Higher Secondary and Senior Secondary from Laurels School International in 2009, studying PCM+Computers. Sanchita then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Engineering from Prestige Institute of Engineering and Science and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya in 2013, both in Electronics and Communication Engineering. In 2012, they also completed a Certificate Program in Embedded System & Robotics from WebcomTechnologies. In October 2021, they obtained the Leading like a Futurist certification from LinkedIn.
