Robert Harish Vadagley has extensive experience in the IT recruiting industry. Robert started their career as an IT Recruiter at IT America Inc in 2014, where they gained knowledge in tax terms and worked closely with vendors. Robert then joined Centillionz in 2015 and took on the role of Senior Bench Sales Recruiter, where they maintained friendly rapport with consultants and prepared CVs. Robert was later promoted to Team Lead, leading a team of Bench Sales Recruiters and driving placements. In 2017, Robert joined Inteli Platforms as a Senior Sales Manager and Leading IT Operations - Bench Sales, where they focused on providing clients with an amazing working experience through their team.

Robert Harish Vadagley obtained their Master's Degree in M.B.A from Osmania University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016.
