Pedro Vieira

Pedro Vieira has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2014. Pedro began as a Freelancer, working as a Graphic design and Web Designer Freelancer from July 2014 to December 2015. Pedro then worked as a Scientific Initiation Scholar at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from March 2014 to January 2015. Pedro then joined Tecgraf / PUC-Rio, where they worked as a UX/UI Designer intern from March 2016 to December 2017. Later, they became a Lead Product Designer at Tecgraf / PUC-Rio from January 2018 to May 2020. Pedro then joined INTELIE by Viasat in 2020, where they served as a Product Designer from May 2020 to May 2021. Pedro was later promoted to the role of Senior Product Designer & Technical Leader, responsible for creating and shaping UX & UI solutions across various sectors. At INTELIE by Viasat, Pedro also collaborated on the development of the Design Process Playbook and was involved in hiring new talents. Pedro is currently working at Viasat Inc. as a Lead Product Designer for INTELIE LIVE Product, responsible for ensuring usability and interface consistency, promoting good design practices within product squads, and facilitating effective collaboration between cross-functional teams.

Pedro Vieira obtained their Bachelor's degree in Digital Media Design from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Pedro attended this university from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, in 2015, Pedro briefly studied at the University of Lapland, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Media Culture.
