Judy Woods has extensive experience in the clinical trial industry, with a focus on developing and innovating clinical trial technologies. Judy has worked for Inteliquet, an IQVIA business, since 2020 as an Associate Director, leading Clinical Operations for Cancer Center Support Services. Prior to that, they worked for Parexel for several years, starting in 2014, where they held various roles including Associate Director, Client Technology Partner, and Senior Quality Manager. In these roles, they consulted with major pharmaceutical clients, provided strategic direction for technology solutions, managed international client consulting firms, and oversaw diverse global technology teams. Before joining Parexel, Judy worked for PAREXEL from 2006 to 2014 as a Consultant, Learning and Development, where they designed and developed training materials for Clinical Research Services and supervised a team of trainers. Judy also has experience as a Clinical Project Manager at CRF Health from 2002 to 2003 and as a Project Manager and Project Director at New England Research Institutes NERI from 1994 to 2002. Additionally, Judy served as an Adjunct Faculty at Lesley University from 2000 to 2002.
Judy Woods obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Curry College. Judy furthered their education by pursuing a Certificate in Administration and Management from Harvard University, where they completed 32-Graduate Level Courses in Business. Later on, they attended Lesley University, where they earned their Master's degree in Training and Development. In addition to their formal education, Judy has obtained several additional certifications. Judy completed a course on "Designing and Developing Effective Training Programs" from Boston University in April 1995. Judy also has certifications in "Influencing Others" from Lynda.com, obtained in June 2017, and in "Partnering with the Public and Patients in Medical Research" from Stanford Online, obtained in June 2020. Most recently, they completed a course called "Technology Entrepreneurship: Lab to Market" from HarvardX in October 2020.
