Milena Djilas

Milena Djilas has over 10 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. From 2011-2013, they were a HR Specialist and Cofounder Business Development at Social Responsibility Initiative. From 2013-2015, they were a HR Project Assistant at Institute for European Affairs, and from 2015-2018, they were a Training, Development and Recruitment Specialist at Orion Telekom doo. From 2018-2020, they were a Human Resources Training Development Manager at Sport Time Balkans, and from 2020-2022, they were a SEE Human Resources Business Partner at I&F Grupa. Currently, they are a Human Resources Manager at Intelisale.

Milena Djilas obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in 2015. Prior to that, they studied Foreign Relations - European Integration at the Faculty of Political Science from 2006 to 2013.
