Roman Roštár

Roman Roštár has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Roman is currently a Co-Founder at Intellcre, a role they started in May 2022. Before that, they worked as a Staff Software Engineer at Parrot from January 2021 to March 2022, where they contributed to modernizing the transcription process using automated speech recognition technology. Prior to Parrot, Roman was a Senior Software Engineer at Panoramic from January 2018 to January 2021. Roman also served as a Software Engineer at Operam, Slovakia from July 2016 to December 2017, where they developed algorithms for distributing Oscar-winning titles. In addition, they worked as a Web Developer at ORDERLORD from January 2015 to March 2016, focusing on backend development and optimization algorithms. Roman's earlier experience includes being a Web Developer at Learn2Code from October 2014 to November 2014 and a Junior C# Developer at Visicom Inc in July 2014.

Roman Roštár completed their education in the field of informatics and information technologies. Roman first pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics at the Faculty of Informatics and Information Technologies, Slovak University of Technology, from 2011 to 2014. Roman then obtained a Master's Degree in Information Systems from the same institution, completing the program from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Roman also participated in the Summer Startup School @TheSpot in 2014, where they studied Startup Engineering.
