Sandeep Haridas

Sandeep Haridas, CPCU, API has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Sandeep currently holds the position of EVP, Business Head and Chief Strategy Officer at Intellect Design Arena Ltd. Prior to this, they worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they held various managerial and directorial roles, focusing on digital transformation, underwriting strategy, operational excellence, and product development. Sandeep also participated in the Liberty Mutual Corporate Development Program, gaining exposure to different business units. Before joining Liberty Mutual, Sandeep worked at Mastek Ltd as a Module Lead, where they designed and delivered complex modules for Commercial Insurance.

Sandeep Haridas, CPCU, API, attended the University of Mumbai from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunication. Prior to that, they completed a diploma in Electronics and Communication from Vivekanand Educ Soc's Polytechnic from 1996 to 1999. In 2009, Sandeep pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Boston University, completing the program in 2011. Sandeep later obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from 2012 to 2014. Along with their educational background, Sandeep Haridas also holds several professional certifications, including CPCU, obtained in 2016, and API, obtained from The Institutes. Sandeep remains in good standing with CPCU as of December 2020.
