Alina Lobanova is an experienced IT Recruiter and HR professional with a strong background in coordinating and driving hiring activities across Europe and other countries, including Ukraine, the Netherlands, Portugal, Belgium, and Mexico, at IntellectEU since July 2017. With prior experience as an IT Recruiter at SkillUP from February 2015 to July 2017, Alina specialized in the search and selection of IT professionals and office staff, utilizing various sourcing methods and managing the complete recruitment cycle. Alina holds a PhD in Personality Psychology and a Master's degree in Psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
