Kacper S has a comprehensive work experience in the field of information technology and systems engineering. Kacper began their career as an intern at IBM, where they worked as a Software Support Engineer for IBM Connections. Following this, they joined HedgeServ as a Global End User Support and Operations Specialist, providing IT support to users within the organization. Kacper later transitioned to Cornerstone OnDemand, where they served as an Information Technology Support Engineer. Currently, Kacper is employed at IntellectEU as a System Engineer.

Kacper S completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Institute of Technology, Carlow from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications: "SwiftNet Connectivity" and "SWIFTNet Messaging" from Swift in June 2023 and December 2022 respectively, "MTA: Database Fundamentals - Certified 2021" from Microsoft in September 2021, and various certifications related to databases, networking, and Windows Server 2016 from LinkedIn in the years 2020 and 2021.
