Kyrylo Zhuk has a diverse work experience in different roles and companies. Kyrylo started their career in 2014 as an SMM manager, content manager, and copywriter at Мясо Streetwear Shop, where they worked until October 2016.
In 2016, Kyrylo joined Livingston Research as a Customer Support Specialist, responsible for providing customer support. In December 2017, they were promoted to the role of Customer Success Manager, where they focused on ensuring customer satisfaction.
In 2018, they joined IntellectEU as an Incident Manager/Customer Support Representative, where they handled incidents and provided support to customers. In July 2019, they became the Incident Management Team TeamLeader, leading a team responsible for incident management. From July 2020, they transitioned into the role of a Software Engineer, contributing to software development projects.

Kyrylo Zhuk attended the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Oral and Written Translation.
