Santiago Laight

Santiago Laight has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent position is with IntellectEU, where they serve as a Software Engineer, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering front-end applications using modern technologies. Before that, they worked at JPL Media as a Solutions Architect, where they provided expertise in Windows and Linux server systems and developed web apps and servers. Prior to that, they were a Full Stack Engineer at Fyondev, where they developed and maintained NextJS/React applications and conducted testing to ensure application functionality. Santiago also has experience as a Client Happiness Manager at Pathable, Inc., where they provisioned and deployed virtual event websites and project managed over 90 virtual events. Additionally, Santiago has experience as a Co-Founder at FOOTBALLAB, an Account Manager at VITAL Marketing Solutions, Inc., and as a TASC Center Tutor at Culver-Stockton College. Santiago also worked as a Founder/Managing Director at Brigada Deportiva and as a Freelance Translator at Huentata Tourism Agency Translator. Throughout their career, Santiago has demonstrated skills in software development, project management, client relationship management, and translation.

Santiago Laight's education history begins with their completion of a FullStack Developer program called the JSM Masterclass Experience from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Public Relations from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, which they completed from 2017 to 2018. Santiago also attended Culver-Stockton College from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Communications and Public Relations.

Before their time at Culver-Stockton College, Santiago studied Journalism at Colegio Universitario de Periodismo from 2010 to 2013. Furthermore, their academic journey started at Montverde Academy, where they completed their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Santiago has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Santiago holds a Javascript Basic Skills Certificate, Node Basic Skills Certificate, and React Skills Certificate from HackerRank, earned in November 2021. Additionally, Santiago obtained a Full-Stack Developer certificate from Let's Coder in July 2021.
