Essence Johnson has a strong background in HR and operations management, with extensive experience in overseeing HR departments, benefit implementation, employee relations, and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at the Environmental Equity Information Institute, Essence works towards advancing environmental equity in partnership with disenfranchised communities through the use of community-driven data and innovative technologies. With a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Essence brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles.
