Keith Bluford Sr.

Keith Bluford Sr. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Keith is currently serving as the SVP of Outreach and Government Affairs and President of Fidelis Power LLC at Fidelis New Energy, LLC. In this role, they are responsible for Fidelis' diversity, equity, and inclusion program and overseeing several portfolio projects.

Prior to their current position, Keith founded BluPlum Ventures, LLC in 2014, where they served as the CEO/President. Keith focused on identifying opportunities, developing ventures, and commercializing innovative technologies in the renewable energy market. Keith also founded CU Energy Connect and worked as a consultant and SVP of Business Development & Marketing at Strategic Solar Sourcing, LLC.

In 2002, Keith spearheaded the startup operations of Intellectual Dimensions, LLC, a business intelligence professional services and software product firm in the credit union industry, where they served as the CEO & President. Keith also founded BluSource Solar LLC in 2017, a brokerage firm specializing in buying and selling solar, wind, and renewable power equipment.

Keith has held various roles throughout their career, including Senior Vice President at Sunora Energy Solutions, where they were responsible for sales and marketing, and VP of Sales & Marketing at Interlinq Software Corporation. Keith also served as the Principal and VP of Sales and Marketing at Logical Software Solutions Corporation.

Additionally, Keith worked as a Consultant at EnergyBin and held the position of SVP of Business Development and Sales at Strategic Solar Sourcing.
