Kathleen Peh

Kathleen Peh currently serves as the First Secretary for Intellectual Property at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Singapore to the WTO and WIPO, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Kathleen has been with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) since January 2020, progressing from Senior Executive to Manager in International Engagement. Prior experience includes a Research Internship at the Ministry of Finance in Singapore, a Marketing Coordinator role at Restorative Innovation, and Program Coordinator at the US-China Transpacific Foundation. Early career experience also encompasses a Marketing Internship at Gramercy Music and an Underwriting Assistant role at AXA. Kathleen holds a degree in Political Science from the National University of Singapore and participated in the NUS Overseas Colleges program at Fudan University.
