Erin Trimingham

Erin Trimingham has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate law and governance. Erin began their career as an Associate Attorney at Stoel Rives LLP in 1997, where they advised business clients on various transactions and governance issues until 2000. Erin then worked at the Dixon Law Firm PLLC as an attorney from 2009 to 2012. Erin joined Intellectual Ventures in 2012 as a Corporate Counsel, providing counsel on corporate governance, commercial engagements, and supporting core business initiatives. Erin was later promoted to Senior Corporate Counsel and finally became Chief Counsel, Corporate Affairs in 2022. Throughout their tenure at Intellectual Ventures, Erin offered guidance to internal clients, advised on best practices and compliance, and oversaw outside counsel.
