Mackenzie Firer Sherwood, Ph.D., MBA, is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries with extensive experience in CMC program strategy and product operations. Currently serving as Senior Director at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc., Mackenzie has previously held leadership roles at CSL Behring, Kite Pharma, Shire, Baxalta, and Baxter Bioscience, where responsibilities included cross-functional team leadership, global product strategy development, and oversight of CMC documentation and compliance. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Boston University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Skidmore College.
