Nicholas Vance

Nicholas Vance has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Nicholas currently holds the position of Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. Nicholas'sprevious role was as an Associate General Counsel at Ipsen, where they provided legal support for clinical development and commercialization of Rare Disease and Neuroscience products. Prior to Ipsen, they worked at GSK as a Senior Counsel, where they negotiated complex business development transactions and provided legal advice on various issues related to vaccines. Nicholas started their career as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where they handled litigation and government investigations, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.

Nicholas Vance obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Emory University between 1999 and 2003. Subsequently, they attended Columbia Law School from 2003 to 2006, earning a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law.
