Jim Carrigan

Jim Carrigan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2008, they served as an Avionics Maintenance Specialist in the United States Air Force, where they gained extensive experience handling and maintaining COMSEC equipment. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Service Engineer for Hexagon Metrology, providing professional installations and service for Coordinate Measuring Machines in various industries. Jim then joined Gogo in 2014, taking on roles such as Aircraft Integration Engineer and Satellite Systems Engineer, where they oversaw design issues and project management for a global satellite network. In 2017, they moved to Viasat Inc., initially serving as a Manager Aircraft Fleet Support before transitioning to roles such as Field Support Manager and Senior Manager in Maintenance Control Center. Lastly, in 2022, they joined Intellian Technologies as the Senior Director of Technical Support.

Jim Carrigan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Computer Science from Western Illinois University, where they studied from 2004 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained an Associates degree in Avionics Systems Technology from Air University, where they studied from 2008 to 2009.
