Andrew Basarab

Andrew Basarab has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Andrew most recently worked at Intellias as the Head of Delivery Unit, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Sykehuspartner HF as a Senior Delivery Manager from 2018 to 2021. At Sykehuspartner HF, Andrew was responsible for client satisfaction, budget management, process improvement, contract negotiation, and team management.

Before their role at Sykehuspartner HF, Andrew was an Entrepreneur at ProCert from 2018 to 2019. Andrew also worked at TietoEVRY as a Senior Delivery Manager (DevOps) from 2013 to 2018, where they managed client relationships, performed regular communications and presentations, managed bid processes, and led projects in various sectors.

Andrew's earlier experience includes working at Infopulse as a Delivery Manager (DevOps) from 2008 to 2013, where they turned around the department's business, managed strategic accounts, developed internal delivery processes, and mentored key technicians. Andrew also served as a Team Leader Security Analyst within Infopulse's security program.

Additionally, Andrew had an internship experience at Raiffeisen Bank Aval in 2012 and worked as a Frontend Developer at Softline from 2007 to 2008. Their skillset includes expertise in CI/CD with technologies like GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and Public Cloud AWS. Andrew is also experienced in client relationship management, business development, and project management.

Andrew Basarab has a diverse education history. Andrew obtained an EMBA degree in Strategic Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in 2021. Prior to that, they completed an SCPM degree in Project Management at Stanford University from 2015 to 2017, and a Diploma in Project Management at SKEMA Business School in 2016. Additionally, they hold an MSc in Computer Science with a focus on Systems Analysis and Financial Analysis, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, both from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. Andrew also pursued a researcher role and PhD courses in Technical Sciences, specializing in Financial Mathematics. Andrew has further enhanced their skills through various certifications, including SAFe for Teams Course, Managing Projects with Microsoft Project 2013, Financial Markets, Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management, ITIL foundation, and Prince 2 foundation.
