Nadia Berdii

Nadia Berdii has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Nadia started their career in 2015 as a Sales Manager at [bvblogic], where they were responsible for managing organizational sales and meeting sales goals. In 2016, they joined SELECT* as a Talent Sourcer, where they were responsible for sourcing passive candidates, engaging with candidates, and building talent pipelines. Nadia later transitioned to the roles of Recruiter and Senior Recruiter, where they continued to contribute to the talent acquisition process. In 2021, they joined Intellias as a Senior Talent Delivery Specialist before being promoted to the role of Talent Delivery Lead.

Nadia Berdii obtained a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Precarpathian 'Vasyl Stefanyk' University in Ivano-Frankivsk, completing their studies from 2008 to 2013.
