Sofiya Fedchyshyna

Sofiya Fedchyshyna has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sofiya currently holds the position of Microsoft Alliance Lead at Intellias since February 2023. Prior to this, they were employed by Microsoft for several years, serving as a Sr. Partner Development Manager from July 2019 to January 2023. Sofiya also held roles such as Territory Channel Manager, Opportunity Manager, and Assistant GM at Microsoft, where they demonstrated skills in partner ecosystem management, driving complex deals, and strategic leadership. Before Microsoft, Sofiya worked as an Assistant at Aston Financial Services, where they closely collaborated with the CEO in driving business operations and managing organizational initiatives. Sofiya also held the position of a Senior Consultant at the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, coordinating projects and managing communications with strategic partners. Sofiya began their career as an intern at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, working in the European Integration Committee and the Committee on Construction, Urban Development, and Regional Policy.

Sofiya Fedchyshyna obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in the years 2010-2014. Sofiya then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Governance from the same university from 2014-2016. Additionally, Sofiya received several certifications including Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Prosci® Change Management for Managers Online, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft-INSEAD Value Negotiation, Modern Marketer: Business & Marketing Strategy, Microsoft Global Challenger, Story Impact: Learning to Connect and Compel, and Insight Selling from various institutions between 2017-2022.
