Viktor Haydin

Viktor Haydin is the current VP of Growth Enablement at Intellias. Haydin has over nine years of experience in the software industry and has held various positions during their career.

Haydin started their career in November 2007 as a Director of Product Strategy at ELEKS. Viktor was responsible for articulating and ensuring long-term products and services strategy within ELEKS, as well as for driving several key strategic business transformation initiatives within the company. Haydin pushed transformation of the company from being predominantly product-centric to customer-centricity with clear understanding of who our customer is and what market they or they live on.

In their time at ELEKS, Haydin also designed and owned Software Product Engineering Services (SPES) as a value-added umbrella offering for certain segments of market ELEKS operates on.

After almost ten years at ELEKS, Haydin left in October 2016 to join Intellias as their VP of Growth Enablement. In this role, Haydin is responsible for leading Intellias’ growth strategy and execution across all channels.

Viktor Haydin has a Master's in Computer Science from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

A direct report to Viktor Haydin is and Yuriy Tereshchuk - Head of Customer Marketing. Viktor Haydin reports to Vitaly Sedler, CEO, Co-Founder. Viktor Haydin works with Mark Gomes - VP Sales Europe, Michael Labate - President North America.
