Gabriela Panameño MacKenzie

Gabriela Panameño Mackenzie is a seasoned Service Design Lead currently employed at IntelliBridge, focusing on service design following the acquisition of RVCM. Previously, Gabriela held dual roles at RVCM as Service Design Lead and CX/Service Designer, where expertise in Human Centered Design methodologies was applied to enhance the service and customer experience for a DevSecOps PaaS targeted at the federal government. Gabriela's career includes managing user-centered design projects at Zona E Home, building customer relationships at Hilasal, conducting market research during an internship at Torogoz S.A de C.V., and leading service design strategies for an e-commerce platform at Aeroman.
