Stojan Stevanovic

Stojan Stevanovic's work experience includes serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Gideon Brothers since 2021. Before that, they worked as a PhD Student at Technische Universität München, where they focused on modeling and controlling agile airships. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Senior System Engineer at Planet IX d.o.o., and from 2016 to 2017, they held a similar role at HiperSfera. Stojan also worked as a Research Engineer at DLR from 2013 to 2016, and as a University Demonstrator at FMENA Zagreb from 2008 to 2012. Stojan gained practical experience through apprenticeships as a 3D digitizing Engineer at Topomatika d.o.o., a Production Engineer at KONčAR Group, and a Computer Technician at Nova d.d.

Stojan Stevanovic began their education at Technical School Pula, where they studied Mechatronics from 2001 to 2005 and earned a degree in Mechatronics Technician. Stojan then moved on to the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture at the University of Zagreb, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from 2006 to 2011. Stojan continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering in 2012. Stojan graduated with the highest honor, Summa cum laude. In 2010, Stojan also received an ECDL diploma from the University Computing Centre SRCE at the University of Zagreb.
