Victor Arocho

Victor Arocho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and investigative roles, particularly within the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Currently serving as a Program Management Analyst at IntelliBridge since May 2023, Arocho previously held positions as a Supervisory Special Agent in the Cyber Division's Major Cyber Crimes Unit and the Counterterrorism Division's Maritime Security Program. Notable contributions include developing policies in response to congressional oversight, leading technical operations for surveillance techniques, and assisting in high-profile investigations such as the September 11th events. Arocho began their career with the FBI in 1999 and has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University at Albany.
