Garreth Hirons has a strong background in the UK pensions industry and data integrity. Garreth worked as a Senior Business Analyst / Technical Lead at Intellica Ltd, where they delivered data improvement projects, performed data quality audits, and prepared recommendation reports for clients. Garreth also updated and converted complex data and provided expert advice to other projects within the company. Prior to joining Intellica, Garreth held various roles at Globex SIU Ltd, where they offered data integrity and auditing expertise to the UK pensions industry. Garreth also worked at MyCSP Ltd as a Technical Data Analyst / Deputy Head of Data Integrity and as a Team Leader. Their earlier experience includes administrative roles at the Ministry of Justice UK and a brief stint as an ISA Administrator at Halifax. Garreth Hirons obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Liverpool John Moores University, completing their studies from 2003 to 2006. In 2013 to 2014, they pursued a Diploma in Employee Benefits and Retirement Savings at the Pensions Management Institute. Additionally, in 2016, they attended Liverpool Community College to study TRANSACT-SQL. That same year, Hirons also completed courses in Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, and ITIL at the Knowledge Academy.
