Jeffrey Ishmael

Jeffrey Ishmael has a long and varied work experience. Jeffrey began their career in 2008 as the Chief Financial Officer at Osiris Shoes, a designer and manufacturer of lifestyle shoes for skate and surf enthusiasts. In 2009, they moved to DC Shoes as the Chief Financial Officer and SVP of Operations, where they were the primary point of contact to Corporate on all brand related reporting and performance. In 2010, they joined the Board of Directors at the Orange County Marathon as the Treasurer. In 2011, they joined the Board of Directors at the Quiksilver Foundation. In 2012, they joined Cylance Inc. as the Founding Chief Financial Officer, where they navigated a level of hyper growth rarely seen by a technology company. In 2017, they joined Obsidian Security as another great opportunity to support a world class cyber security team. In 2019, they joined Cellar Ventures, Inc. as a Board Member, where they helped develop a peer-to-peer network connecting wine cellar owners directly to facilitate the sale or trade of private cellar inventory. In 2020, they joined Inertial Sense, Inc. as a Member of the Board of Advisors, and they joined RAEN as the Chief Financial Officer. Jeffrey is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Intellicheck.

Jeffrey Ishmael obtained their MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southern California in 2003. Prior to that, they earned a B.S. in Business from Pepperdine University between 1995 and 1997.
