Maria Georgia Dimitraki

Maria Georgia Dimitraki's work experience is as follows:

- Scientific Associate at Intelligencia since November 2022.

- Postgraduate Researcher at the University of Crete from September 2021 to March 2022. Their research focused on the role of RhoA in human Cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection and pathogenesis. Maria Georgia utilized various methods such as cell cultures, virus culture, Plaque Assay, Real-Time PCR, and siRNA Transfection.

- Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Crete from January 2018 to April 2019. Their research involved studying soluble MHC class II molecules and their impact on experimental Autoimmune Hepatitis. Maria Georgia employed techniques such as flow cytometry, ELISA, immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation.

- Internship Trainee at the University of Crete from September 2017 to January 2018. Maria Georgia conducted immunoprecipitation of soluble MHC class II molecules from mouse serum.
