Software Engineer at Intelligent Artifacts

Alexander Lukens has worked in the technology industry since 2018. In that year, they began working as a Computer Repair Technician at K12 Tech Repairs, where they specialized in repair of Apple, Dell, and Lenovo products. Alexander'sduties included display replacement, motherboard replacement, data transfer, and keyboard replacements, as well as preventative repairs and disassembling devices. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at the Illinois Institute of Technology as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant and Idea Shop Lab Mentor. In 2022, they began working as a Software Engineer at Intelligent Artifacts, Inc., where they planned, developed, and maintained infrastructure for the Intelligent Artifacts (IA) Platform. Alexander was also required to build and verify multi-stage docker images, deploy the IA Platform backend, MongoDB Database, and UI. Alexander'ssolutions used C++ and Python, and incorporated cross-language communication via gRPC and Protobuf.

Alexander Lukens obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology between 2018 and 2021. Alexander also holds certifications from CompTIA, including A+ (obtained in March 2017) and Network + (obtained in May 2018). Additionally, they hold a MCSA: Windows 10 certification from Microsoft.
