Rob Murchison

Rob Murchison is the CEO and Co-Founder of Intelligent Buildings, a nationally recognized firm established in December 2004 that specializes in smart real estate advisory services, focusing on planning and implementation management for innovative building projects and smart communities. Since July 2013, Rob has also served as an Instructor for Executive Education at Harvard University, teaching a course titled "Smarter Cities: Smart People Need Intelligent Buildings in Smart and Connected Communities," which explores the integration of technology and innovation in the development of next-generation infrastructures. Prior to these roles, Rob worked as a Partner and Account Executive at LVTS from January 1993 to November 2004, where responsibilities included sales and solutions for IT networking in the Southeastern United States, and as a Network Analyst at Wix Corporation from October 1991 to January 1993, focusing on corporate IT network design and maintenance. Rob holds a BA in Economics from Duke University and graduated from Charlotte Country Day School.
