Zwelibanzi Nyoni has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Waiter and Barman at the Ritz Hotel until 2015. From 2013 to 2017, they served as a Receptionist at the Tudor Hotel, handling reservations, guest requests, and billing processes. Alongside these roles, they worked as a Tutor at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, assisting students with financial accounting and financial management subjects.
In 2015, Zwelibanzi joined Uhuru Institute of Management Training in Africa as a Training Facilitator, where they designed and implemented career development programs, facilitated training in customer service and project management, and prepared materials and training rooms for session activities.
Then, in 2017, they joined Mukuru as a Sales and Support Consultant, promoting and selling money remittance and allied products, addressing customer needs, and managing client queries. Zwelibanzi later became a Financial Advisor, providing advice on Mukuru funeral cover products, processing funeral claims, and meeting client needs.
In 2019, Zwelibanzi transitioned to work as a Financial Planner at Sanlam, where they utilized their financial expertise to assist clients with their financial planning.
Lastly, they joined Intelligent Debt Management in 2020 as a Credit Coach, where they assisted clients with understanding their credit scores and reports, recommended credit wellness solutions, and analyzed clients' credit wellness using their income, credit report, and budget information. Zwelibanzi was then promoted to the role of a Junior Project Manager in May 2021.
Zwelibanzi Nyoni has a diverse education history. In 2001-2002, they attended Plumtree High School, where they completed their Advanced level studies.
From 2011 to 2013, Zwelibanzi pursued a National Diploma in Management at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Following this, in 2014, they continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Project Management.
In 2017, Zwelibanzi enrolled in the Moonstone Business School of Excellence to pursue the Regulatory Examination for representatives (RE5) in Insurance. Zwelibanzi successfully completed the program within the same year.
In 2018, Zwelibanzi furthered their skills by obtaining a TEFL Certificate from Global Language Training. This certificate equipped him with the necessary training to teach English as a second or foreign language.
Continuing their academic journey, Zwelibanzi pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Project Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, starting in 2016. Zwelibanzi completed this program in 2021.
Most recently, in 2022, Zwelibanzi attended the Experian Business Skills Institute, where they completed the NCR Debt Counselling exam in Banking and Financial Support Services.
